What is Fenugreek?

Known as methika in Sanskrit (one of the world's oldest languages), Fenugreek is a warming spice that comes from the brown seeds of the trigonella foenum-graecum plant. Our tablets contain 500mg natural fenugreek seed extract, and we've also added 40 micrograms of chromium and 5 milligrams of zinc to this formulation.
