How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?

It’s simple to subscribe to a product; just select the 'Subscribe & Save' option, choose the delivery frequency you require and click 'Set up now'. Your subscription will be added to your basket like a normal order.

After you have placed the order you will receive an email confirmation with all the details. You will then be able to see your subscription details on the ‘My Subscriptions’ page in your account area on the website too.

How do I change or delay my order?

You can change the number of packs, delivery frequency or next scheduled dispatch date of your subscriptions at any time by logging in to your account and going to My Subscriptions. You can also update your delivery address and credit card details.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team on 0800 7812345. Please note subscriptions must be cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled dispatch date to avoid any charges.

How do I return an item?

UK orders can be returned for FREE for a refund of the price paid for the product. Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing and can only be accepted if the products are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

We find our source...

It all starts at the source. Take turmeric, a nutrient that appears in a number of our joint health products. We source turmeric from India, where our supplier tracks down the highest quality extracts from the southern Indian states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The extract produced has a guaranteed minimum of 95% curcuminoids - the active ingredient. This is the kind of attention to detail that builds trust between Healthspan and its customers.

Healthspan products come from sustainable sources. Where appropriate, they have independent accreditation from organisations such as Friend of the Sea and the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), showing the company adheres to the strongest standards for sustainability in aquaculture. We believe good nutrition is possible without compromising the future of our planet, so you'll see the Friend of the Sea and MSC logos on our omega, krill and cod liver oil products.

By following a quality assurance program based on the international standards of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), we prevent problems occurring during manufacturing that could cause safety or quality problems in the finished product. The program includes supplier approvals and external accreditations, as well as continuous product improvement. Origin: India

Our turmeric comes from India, where a supplier buys the root from various locations across the country. The Andhra Pradesh region produces 40% of India's total turmeric.

Cod liver oil

Origin: Greenland

Sustainably sourced from the crisp waters off Greenland, our cod liver oil has been granted 'Friend of the Sea' certification, meaning that the fish are ethically and sustainably sourced to protect the marine habitat.

Omega 3

Origin: The Pacific

Our omega-3 oil is sustainably sourced from the waters of the South Pacific Ocean. A Friend of the Sea logo means that the marine habits where we source fish are protected from unsustainable practices.

CBD

Origin: Europe

Healthspan's CBD is sourced from Slovakia or Latvia, from the hemp plant: the non-marijuana strain of cannabis. Hemp only contains tiny traces of an ingredient known as THC (which causes a 'high'), and not enough to have a psychoactive effect.

Retinex

Origin: India

The lutein and zeaxanthin used in Healthspan's Retinex products is from a natural source of marigold flowers, grown in the Karnataka region in South West India. The marigolds are grown by a cooperative group of farmers according to Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP).
