How do I set up Subscribe & Save?

Amend your repeat order

Add your product to basket

Just as you would if placing a standard order, find your product(s) on the site and add to basket.

Set up Subscribe & Save

Select 'Set up Subscribe & Save'

Go to checkout, and when given the option on the delivery details page select 'Set up Subscribe & Save'.

Select 'Set up Repeat order'

Amend your Subscription

Edit the quantity (number of packs you wish to receive) and frequency (how often you wish to receive them) if required.

Add to Subscribe & Save

Select 'Add to Subscribe & Save' before continuing to payment, then enter details for the card you wish to be debited on.

Q. How do I pay for my subscription?
Subscriptions are set up using a credit or debit card. Your card will be debited every time the product is dispatched.

Q. How often will I receive my product?
On receipt of your order we will dispatch your first pack immediately. Thereafter, your item(s) will be dispatched when your current pack is expected to be running low. 

Q. What if my subscribed product is at a lower price in one of your offers? Will I lose out on these great discounts?
No. Our Price Promise means that you’ll always receive the lowest price. If your product is on offer in our catalogue we will match that price.

Q. How easy is it to cancel my subscription?

Simply call us and one of our trained staff will happily cancel your subscription immediately.

Q. Is it possible to pause my subscription?
