Ingredients
- 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
Method
- Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a bowl.
- Top with sliced banana.
- Sprinkle over the flaxseed and serve immediately.
Serving & storage
Tip: Best enjoyed fresh. If preparing in advance, store the banana separately and add just before eating to avoid browning.
