Ingredients

  • 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed

Method

  1. Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a bowl.
  2. Top with sliced banana.
  3. Sprinkle over the flaxseed and serve immediately.

Serving & storage

Tip: Best enjoyed fresh. If preparing in advance, store the banana separately and add just before eating to avoid browning.
