Sweet and chewy Medjool dates filled with crunchy walnuts — a naturally energising snack that’s quick, wholesome and fibre-rich.

Serves 1 ~5 mins Vegetarian 270kcal 5.5g fibre

Ingredients

  • 2–3 Medjool dates
  • Walnut halves (enough to stuff each date)

Method

  1. Slice each Medjool date open lengthways and remove the stone.
  2. Stuff the cavity with walnut halves.
  3. Serve immediately as a sweet, nutty snack.

Serving & storage

Tip: Best eaten fresh. Prepared dates can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
