Ingredients
Serves 1
- 100ml orange juice
- 50g oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3 large spoonfuls of yoghurt
- 1 orange, peeled and sliced
- Handful of dried cranberries
- Handful of chopped pistachios
- Drizzle of honey
Method
Mix together the oats, orange juice and cinnamon in a sealable jar. Top with a layer of yoghurt and then a layer of sliced oranges. Sprinkle over the cranberries and nuts and finish with the honey. Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.
HiLo chocolate overnight oats recipe
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 Healthspan Elite Chocolate and Caramel Crunch HiLo Bar
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 100 ml almond milk
- 50g oats
To serve:
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of chopped hazelnuts
- Sprinkle of cacao nibs
- Drizzle of maple syrup
Method
Blitz the HiLo bar, almond butter and almond milk together in a blender until smooth. Mix this with the oats and refrigerate overnight. Top with blueberries, nuts, cocoa nibs and maple syrup.
