What is chondroitin?

If you know what cartilage is, then you're halfway towards knowing what 'chondroitin' is. Cartilage is the connective tissue that cushions your joints, and chondroitin (or chondroitin sulphate to be precise) is a nutrient found naturally in the connective tissue that contributes to keeping them in ship−shape.

Why choose Healthspan's Chondroitin 400?

Unlike many other formulations made using chondroitin sulphate 20 %, we use only the finest grade 90 % chondroitin sulphate, ensuring your body absorbs more of this nutrient per tablet. A daily intake of three of our 'Chondroitin 400' tablets provides our experts' recommended level of 1200 mg chondroitin sulphate 90 %.
