What is Easyfibre® Inulin?
Inulin is a type of soluble fibre that's also a prebiotic, so it provides double benefit. Being a prebiotic, it helps feed the friendly bacteria in your gut, the type of bacteria that helps your digestive system to absorb nutrients from food and function normally. The more food that's available to the live friendly cultures, the more they will flourish, leaving less room for the undesirable types of bacteria that can lead to a range of unpleasant symptoms, such as constipation, bloating and wind. Easyfibre® Inulin is made from ground chicory root, which is a very good source of inulin soluble fibre.
