Meg is a chartered psychologist, scientist and academic researcher (PhD, FHEA, CPsychol, CSci, AFBPsS) with a specialist focus on health and stress, invisible and misunderstood illnesses, integrative medicine and wellbeing. She has also conducted research into numerous long-term conditions and therapies used to treat illnesses such as CFS/ME, IBS and Ménière’s disease. She is known for her honest and practical, evidence-based approach to nutrition. She believes in the principle that ‘there’s no such thing as a bad food, only a bad diet.’ Of course some foods are healthier than others but, providing most of what you eat most of the time is healthy and balanced, that’s enough.
