Andie’s story

Andie, 62, has struggled with chronic fatigue since the pandemic, leaving her with severe discomfort throughout her body, debilitating tiredness, and sleepless nights.

“I love travelling,” says Andie, who lives in Harefield with her husband Andrew, 65, their son Harrison, 18, five cats and two dogs. “But I’ve had to cancel trips to Paris, Dubai and Cape Town because I’ve been so exhausted and uncomfortable. Lack of sleep has been a massive issue.”

When tiredness spills into everyday life

Even enjoyable events would leave Andie feeling drained. “I’d get this sort of agitated churning in my stomach like before an exam,” she explains. “You run on adrenaline to get through, but afterwards it turns into discomfort and stress.”

When a friend suggested Magnesium Glycinate, Andie wasn’t convinced. “I’m not one for taking too many pills and potions,” she admits. “I’d tried lots of alternatives, but nothing had really helped, so I thought, why not give it a go?”

Why Magnesium Glycinate?

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports relaxation by contributing to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system.

Magnesium Glycinate combines magnesium with the amino acid glycine, making it especially well absorbed and gentle on the stomach.

“The very first time I took it, it helped me relax and I woke up feeling better rested,” says Andie. “I feel calmer than I did previously.”

A return to energy and travel

Andie has since been able to travel again, including a visit to Cape Town. “I even took some Magnesium Glycinate with me for our former foster daughter, who’s been dealing with fatigue from a stressful job,” she says.

“My energy levels have improved, my sleep is better and my muscles ache less. My brain also tires less quickly,” Andie adds.

Andie’s results

  • More rested: from broken nights to more restful sleep
  • Better mood: from tense and uncomfortable to calm and relaxed
  • Feeling stronger and more active: getting more out of life
  • More energy: from too fatigued to travel to planning new trips
