Brenda's story
At 73, Brenda Mulkerrin is enjoying a happy retirement with her husband, Joe, a former naval officer. The couple, who have been together for 30 years, love spending time gardening and walking by the sea near their home in Littlehampton.
Brenda has dealt with several tooth and gum issues over the years.
"I've always had sensitive teeth," says Brenda, who before she retired was a receptionist for a company that designed oil rigs.
"A few years ago, I had to have some impacted wisdom teeth removed, and some teeth were taken out to make room to do that. I also get plaque build-up quite easily as well as staining too from drinking a lot of tea."
Adding Oral Health Biotic to her routine
Keen to find a way to help support the health of her teeth and gums, Brenda was intrigued when she came across an advert for Oral Health Biotic.
For the last six months she and Joe have been using it as the final step in their evening clean and floss routine.
One of the first changes Brenda noticed was how fresh her mouth felt when she woke up.
"I no longer get that unpleasant taste in my mouth and morning breath like I used to. It's got a nice spearmint flavour and they dissolve quickly."
Brenda appreciates the convenience of ordering through Healthspan.
"You don't have to think about it. They just arrive when you need them."
"It's a good company. I've used them for years and I'd happily recommend them."
