Healthspan’s Plant Sterols Plus has become part of Maggie’s daily routine as she supports her heart health and overall wellbeing

Maggie Davey-Bayliss, 82, enjoys a peaceful life amid the rolling hills and lush countryside of Herefordshire.
“When I look out of my windows, all I see are fields and woods. It’s a beautiful place to live,” says Maggie.
Widowed two years ago when her husband sadly died of a brain tumour, Maggie is grateful for the support of the people around her.
“I have fantastic friends and neighbours who look after me. I really feel taken care of,” she says.
In recent years Maggie has become increasingly focused on maintaining her wellbeing and supporting her heart health as part of a healthy lifestyle.
A Healthspan customer since 1997, she was already familiar with many of its supplements when she decided to add Plant Sterols Plus to her daily regime.
“I have inherited high cholesterol levels and my blood pressure has always been a nuisance, at its worst rising as high as 200/90” says Maggie.
Maggie takes two capsules of Plant Sterols Plus a day, usually one with lunch and one with her evening meal, and says they fit easily into her routine.
“I find them really easy to take and like knowing that I’m doing something positive to help support my cholesterol management and normal blood pressure,” she says.

Now Maggie’s daughter and granddaughter also use Healthspan supplements, making it three generations of the family choosing to support their health with supplements.
For Maggie, looking after her heart health means being able to continue enjoying the things she loves: her books, crosswords, her garden, the wildlife outside her window, and the peace and tranquility of life in the countryside. “I couldn’t be happier,” she says.
